Ghostly Figure of a Girl Appears in the Basement of an Old House |

This photo was submitted anonymously via email. The sender writes:
I was in my basement when I heard a girl crying. When I went close to the water heater, the sound got louder and I saw some kind of light but it wasn't very bright. I took this picture of it with my phone to see if I could capture something on camera. It wasn't till after I looked at the picture that I saw the girl's ghostly image. It was probably one of the scariest things I have ever seen or encountered.
